Auto Coupling & Base Stand
The submersible pump is easy to detach and attach with using the Auto
Coupling and Base stand when the pump is needed to repair or replace due to failure and its life cycle.
Installation
- 1 Do not use pump cables to lift the pump or pull it cable during transportation, installation.
- 2 The pump should not be laid down on its side or hang it from the air, please stand it on the floor.
- 3 If the liquids in absorption thank makes wave, please fix the pipe properly.
- 4 Make sure that if the air is not staying in piping.
- 5 If the end of discharge pipe is immersed in water, the water will flow back when the pump if stopped. Do not immerse the end of discharge pipe in water.
- 6 When install a level switch(FLOAT switch, etc.), make sure that it does not contact with the wall of the tank and pipe.
- 7 When install the auto coupling and base stand, please be consider size of the foundation bolt, installation site, installation method and etc.
- 8 To lift pump, attach the ring to the proper location so that the wire rope connected to the pump does not fall into the water, and tie the wire rope to the ring.
- 9 PSF series does not have built-in automatic device by FLOT. Please be very careful for drive level of the pump.

▲ Pump Fault Prediction
- The submersible pump is equipped with Pump Fault Prediction, accordingly it is possible to do monitoring for the motor temperature and leakage.
- Though the wireless network system, the status of pump can be checked by computer and mobile phone which is within the range of 2Km. The work efficiency can be improved as well.
